Beet Root (Beta vulgaris) has been historically cultivated for its culinary and medicinal properties. Betalains are the phytonutrients that give the root its vibrant red pigment that can also be used as a natural dye. Beets deliver betaines which help support energy and performance, and can add earthy flavor to foods and drinks. A small amount of Organic Tapioca, derived from the cassava root, a plant native to South America, has been added to assist product performance. This results in less product clumping and adds a natural thickness to sauces, smoothies, and baked goods.
Benefits:
Energy, stamina and performance support. Source of potassium and fiber. Easy to use superfood powder for those that love or hate the traditional taste of beets. The powder is easily digestible, has a milk, slightly sweet flavor that easily blends into smoothies and recipes.
